I photographed sisters Tanya Aldecroft, 22, and Courtney Aldecroft, 17, in Anglesey for Helsingin Sanomat during a road trip around Wales last week with the paper's London correspondent working on several different stories around the country. The Aldecroft sisters were interviewed and photographed as part of an article about the excitement in Anglesey surrounding Prince William's and Kate Middleton's current residency on the island of 69 000 people in northwestern Wales. The article ran in the Foreign section on Saturday 9 April 2011.
  
I photographed Saskia Saloranta, 17, a Finnish girl studying in Stonar School in England, for Helsingin Sanomat newspaper. Stonar is a £25K/per year boarding school in Wiltshire, and while there are hundreds of Finnish students in British universities, it is rather uncommon to find Finns in local boarding schools. The interview ran Sunday 3 April with two of my photos.The tear sheet shows two separate cropped pages.

An assignment for Norwegian newspaper Dagsavisen to photograph one of the most legendary Norwegian bands, deLillos, who were recording their new album at Abbey Road Studios in St John's Wood, London. The article ran with three photos plus one on the cover on Thursday 20 January 2011.
  
I photographed Merthyr Tydfil street cleaners Peter Tyler and Jason Thomas for Helsingin Sanomat during a road trip around Wales first week of April with the paper's London correspondent working on several different stories around the country. Peter is a Merthyr Tydfil council employee, while Jason works through an agency. They were interviewed and photographed for an article about UK government's planned public sector cuts. The photo ran 6 columns wide on the front page of the Business section on Tuesday 12 April 2011.
